The clamping system for plastic pipes covers a diameter range of 16 to 200mm, with customizable options available for special specification clamps. Constructed from premium-grade 304# stainless steel, these clamps are ideally suited for pipeline pressure and bursting tests, fully complying with ASTM D2466, EN921, ISO1167, ASTM D1598/1599, GB/T15560, GB/T6111-2003, and other internationally recognized standards.
These end caps are specifically engineered for effectively sealing PE and PVC thermoplastic pipes during hydrostatic testing. The cast A-type structure fixture, designed without intermediate tie rods, ensures exceptional ultra-high pressure resistance.
